Price Information
1. In the kitchen you can find Italian coffee, milk, butter, biscuits, spaghetti,
tomato juices, olive oil …..
2. The price includes heating costs and use of electricity
3. Bed linen only on request: 10 Euro each sofa-bed (pillows and duvets
blankets are at your disposal )
4. N°2 bath towels only on request: 5 Euro/person
5. Final cleaning if very necessary 35 Euro
6. The apartment is 3.5 km far from the town of Nervi, where you can find
restaurants, shops, the railway station, bus stops and the highway.
7. Small dogs admitted if on leash: we have dog and cat!
